Therapy requires hard work on both our parts.  My first priority is to provide a safe and warm environment so you can do the work you want to do. I love to help people identify and change the things they see getting in the way of the life they want.  I am skilled at and comfortable doing long term, intensive therapy with those who have serious concerns.  I am also trained as a DBT therapist and use these skills throughout my work.  I want to help people have the skills and tools they need to be able to regulate their emotions and cope with whatever life brings!
